Membership

We rely on the support of member bodies to guide the work of the Network and to support it financially.

Membership of The Church and Media Network is open to established organisations, associations, churches, companies and movements that are in sympathy with the aims of the Network and with the historic tenets of the Christian faith.
Full Membership is available to organisations that donate a qualifying sum of money to the work of the Network. Small local groups and individual churches are asked to donate an annual membership fee of at least £200. Larger organisations, companies and denominations with a national presence are asked for an annual membership fee in proportion to their size.

Full members of the network are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Network, usually held in June. At the AGM the major objectives of the Network for the coming twelve months are discussed and agreed. Trustees are also elected for a period of three years. Full members are eligible to vote on these matters.

Associate Membership is for organisations that wish to be associated with our work but are not able to support it financially. Associate members are welcome to attend the AGM, but are not eligible to vote.
Full members currently include:
The Baptist Union
Bible Society
The Church in Ireland
The Church of England
The Church of Scotland
The Evangelical Alliance
The Methodist Church
The Presbyterian Church in Ireland
The Roman Catholic Bishops Conference
The Salvation Army
The United Reformed Church
Organisations wishing to become members of the Church and Media Network should contact the Director.
